Ordering online with UKIYO is easy!
When viewing an item, simply select your
size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’.
You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My
Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page.
Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.
Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account, create an account or check out using your preferred payment method.
Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use.
Finally, you will be directed to complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your
order.
Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox.
We also recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder.
However, If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team at INFO@UKIYOSHOOTING.COM
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.
You can also pay using PayPal or Apple Pay
All parcels are checked meticulously before being dispatched, so we are
truly sorry if we have made a mistake with yours.

Simply sign into your account and select "View My Order Status".
By doing this, you can check the status of your order and see when your package has been shipped.
Not happy with your item? Making a return is easy! Simply log on to your UKIYO account and select your order. Once you have selected your order, click 'request a return', select the items you would like to send back and give your reason for your return. Then all you have to do is click 'Request return' and your done!
If your return is approved, you will recieve an email notification with your returns label attached.
Please make sure your item is returned unworn, labeles attached and in all original packaging. If not, your return will not be accepted.
*Personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Being a small start up, our items can sell out fast and we are not always able to restock them right away.
If the item of size you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, we recommend
registering for our email notification list for a particular item. Simply select the ‘Register here’ icon and entering your email address. This means you will be the first to know when the item is back in stock.
We are really sorry if we have made a mistake with your purchase.

To check why the code isn't working, we'd recommend following these steps:
1. Double check that your discount code is within the expiry date.
2. You're only using one code or promotional offer. Sale items are
excluded from discount codes unless stated otherwise.
3. Please note that our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, and there may be exclusions including New In and Sale.
